The reservists listed were assigned to report to Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia; Camp Blanding, Florida; Camp Shelby, Mississippi; and Fort McPherson, Georgia for basic training. Edwin D. Burwell Jr. composed this request to appear before a board for a review for relief from active duty. He includes his name, rank, ASN, organization, arm or service, component, MOS, race, sex, certified adjusted service rating score, physical profile, and efficiency index. Edwin D. Burwell Jr. requetsed fourteen days of leave to recover from double pneumonia and pleurisy. Edwin D. The orders were stamped by Swiss border control. The pamphlet includes "General information concerning food rationing in Switzerland," "Export restrictions when leaving the country," and information about Swiss culture. The pamphlet is missing pages 3 and 4. The pass certified that the bearer was a member of the Vienna Garrison. The pass belonged to Louis Salmon. The patch on the nurse's jacket reads: "American Red Cross-Military Welfare Service." The permit authorized M. Louis Salmon to travel from Vienna to Bruck, Austria and return. The permit authorized M. Louis Salmon to travel from Vienna to Linz, Austria as part of a convoy. The program includes portraits, group shots, and rosters of each team. The three soldiers are waiting outside the showers in camp. There appears to be multiple men in robes, some of whom are on crutches, and a nurse listening to the accordion player. There are men sitting or laying on some of the beds. This greeting card was sent from M. Louis Salmon in Vienna, Austria to his parents in Mobile, Alabama at Christmas 1945. The inscription reads, "Your devoted son, Louis." This inventory details John Rison Jones' belongings that were shipped to Fort McPherson, Georgia, from Europe after World War II. The list includes clothing and equipment, including a camera with accessories, film, and postcards. This is a blurry image of Margaret Correlson.
