The first half of the film shows Konrad Dannenberg surveying the stands for spectators of Apollo 16 at the launch complex in Cape Canaveral, Florida. They first chop down and burn all of the foliage that's growing where the house will be. Then a construction crew comes in and grades the site. The final shot shows Konrad and Klaus Dannenberg marking the corners of the new house.
